Shipping Address
Please verify that your billing and shipping address are correct before ordering. If there is a mistake, contact me ASAP. In some (not all) cases, I will be able to correct the address before it gets shipped out.
Shipping Price
Standard U.S. shipping is FREE sitewide.
I ship via USPS and follow their shipping rates for international prices. The only foreign country I currently have setup to ship to is Canada. If you live outside the U.S. or Canada and would like to make a purchase, shoot me an email at info@toriarnoldart.com!
Tracking
Please provide your email so that I can send you your tracking info! Tracking will be provided on any item(s) where the total weight exceeds one ounce. Very small items may not receive a tracking number.
Processing Time
Each item is handmade. Some items are pre-made and ready to go! Every piece varies in time it will take to create, but most take only a day or two. It all depends on the volume of orders and commissions I'm experiencing at any given time. If you would like updates about the timeline of your order, please feel free to email me!
